1. Grant of License

The Service Provider grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

 

2. Internet Connection Requirement

The use of the App requires an internet connection. The User is responsible for any costs associated with internet access and data usage.

 

3. Prohibition on Setting Schedules for Critical Matters

The User agrees not to use the App to set schedules for critical matters. Specifically, the User must not enter any life-threatening matters (e.g., medication schedules, emergency contacts) into the App. The Service Provider assumes no liability for any failure to manage these critical matters properly as a result of using the App.

 

4. Prohibited Uses

The User must not use the App for criminal purposes. Additionally, the User is prohibited from engaging in any activities that violate laws or regulations or infringe on the rights of others.

 

5. Advertising and Data Collection

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect user information for the purpose of displaying ads. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for more details.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App. The App is provided "as is," and the Service Provider makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App.

 

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by the Service Provider or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

 

8. Termination

The Service Provider may terminate this Agreement and the User's license without notice if the User breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

 

10. Modifications and Updates

The Service Provider reserves the right to revise or update this Agreement at any time. By continuing to use the App after any revisions or updates, the User agrees to be bound by the revised or updated terms.
